Synopsis

Tower Hamlets Arts and Music Education Service (THAMES) turned 10 in July 2016. This film showcases the Anniversary celebrations from the Barbican Centre, City of London. Over 1000 young dancers, instrumentalists, singers and artists from Tower Hamlets performed throughout the day/night.
